Getting lean and toned is kind of like putting together a puzzle with 5 main pieces. If you get these 5 pieces right,  then you certainly will get in as good of shape as anyone on the big screen.

Now I want to be honest with you, there is a LOT to take in to master my program and completely re-vamp your body...

But if you consider it and everything you need to do in it to be the perfect formula to make this happen,

you could completely mess it up and only do certain parts of it, and it will still deliver a serious enough change to make most people happy.

The Five S.M.A.R.T. Pieces Are:

1. Supplementation:  Although there are a lot of shady supplement companies out there, the fact of the matter is that you absolutely need to take your vitamins just in order to be healthy and prevent certain major diseases. Like like whey protein a lot just for the convenience of drinking a quick shake and calling it a meal. 

I don't usually recommend more than that for women, but if you absolutely positively needed to be in shape "by yesterday".  I usually recommend a combination of  l-glutamine, and small amounts of creatine to speed up the results even more.

2. Motivation: Once you tell me your goals and the reasons WHY you want this lean and toned body, they will serve as a guiding light to lead us to your new life.  I'll keep you on track, and remind you of your goals and dreams to help you back on track when you fall off.  Life isn't perfect, and I certainly don't expect you to be perfect on this program.

I'm not a "yeller"...it just doesn't work for long term success.   All I can expect from you or anyone else is to do your best like I do for you...fair enough?

3. Attention to Detail: I cover all the bases, and make sure that your program is working for you and that you are losing weight and toning up.  In general, I EXPECT you to look better and better after every session you see me.

Obviously, there is a limited amount to time that we can workout TOGETHER in a week, so that is why I prescribe homework to specifically target all your trouble areas and get the fastest change there we possibly can.

4. Rest, Recuperation And Diet: Getting rest is a no-brainer...tons of studies show that exercise help you sleep deeper and much more soundly at night.  So if you have trouble sleeping, we are about to fix that problem.

Just the thought of "dieting" can cause anxiousness and inspire thoughts of failure in many people.  To solve this, I'll break things down to a 3rd grade level to give you a foundation of knowledge you can build upon. 

You discover everything IMPORTANT you need to know about nutrition and what foods actually do for your body.  And once you know this, you can simply and scientifically feed your body... to increase your energy throughout the day, and burn your stored body fat while you are sleeping.
